Please read the important information below before transferring to a Willis Owen GIA and/or making an investment online:
Before investing it is important that you read our Terms of business , the Willis Owen Platform terms and conditions and Willis Owen GIA key features.
Past performance is not necessarily a guide to the future. The value of investments and any income they generate can fall as well as rise and you may not get back the amount originally invested. All investments should be regarded as medium to long-term investments.
Willis Owen does not provide advice as to whether an investment is suitable for you. Before investing you should make sure you understand the risks involved and, if you’re unsure, seek expert financial advice.
The tax treatment of investments depends on your individual circumstances and may be subject to change in the future.
The information on this site is intended solely for the use of those people who are United Kingdom residents for tax and investment purposes. It is not for distribution in any other jurisdiction, including the United States of America. Anyone who is not a UK resident should not continue.
Before investing you should always make sure you have sufficient money you can access easily in case of life’s little emergencies. A suggested rule of thumb is a minimum 3 months living costs. It's also generally a good idea to use your savings to pay off any high interest debts before you start investing.
