Willis Owen helps customers make informed decisions about their financial future. We do not give advice, so customers who do not feel confident to manage their own finances will probably use the services of a qualified Financial Advisor. However, financial advice can be expensive, and for many, their needs are not complicated. Like many things in life that require thought, like buying a car, house or other large financial commitment, you need to research the subject, gain some confidence before starting. Willis Owen provides the tools, insight and help to allow customers to really control, with confidence, their own, and families financial wellbeing.

At Willis Owen, our commitment is to allow people to own their own financial future regardless of gender, religion or ethnicity.

We also recognise the benefits that a diverse senior management team brings, which is why we’ve signed up to the Women in Finance Charter, a government initiative which promotes diversity and inclusion.

We believe that diversity among our people improves innovation, decision making and the way we deliver excellence for our customers.

Our aim is to maintain female representation at senior management level at a minimum of 40%. As of September 2019 there were 50% of women in senior roles. We have a clear action plan in place and will publish our progress annually against these targets.
