After graduating from Southampton University in 2000, I started my working career on the Skandia graduate training scheme which gave me my first taste of life in the world of financial services. I then went on to undertake my chartered accountancy exams, whilst spending time in a variety of different industries away from financial services, including working in a ship building company!
I returned to financial services in 2006 working within the IFA industry for six years, which was an industry I really enjoyed due to its variety of work and wide ranging exposure to clients, advisers and providers. During this time I also began working with Willis Owen, which has been great working with a small but really talented team. Everyone is focussed on ensuring the customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do, and is what makes Willis Owen a great company to work for.
Outside of work, most of my time is spent running around after my two young children, but I also love going on holiday and exploring new countries.
