Key Investor Information Document

Mandatory document that provides key information and facts about UCITS Funds to help you assess if it meets your needs.

The KIID is a standardised document that all UCITS Funds will have to provide to investors before or at the point when they purchase such a Fund.

It replaces the ‘Simplified Prospectus’ for UCITS Funds.
