I joined the Willis Owen company in September 2009.

I have been in financial services all my working life, and I have covered numerous roles within this industry, allowing me to gain a high level of experience in all the areas I worked in.

Savings and investments have always been close to me, probably because a vast part of my career has been spent in this particular sector.

Working at Wills Owen allows the opportunity to provide a more personal service to our customers, assisting them with their investment strategy for example.

One of the key things I picked up on when I first started here was that we do not treat customers as account numbers. We recognise our customers by their name.

I also enjoy the fact that no working day is the same, with the number of telephone call enquiries and application forms we receive, this demonstrates to me the wide variety of customer we have.

My hobbies are most varied, anything from long walks in the countryside, to all types of sport and planning holidays for the coming year
