I started working in the financial services in 2012 when I was employed as a Cashier at Halifax bank

I loved working with the general public and fitted in really well with my colleagues and customers. I moved up in the ranks at Halifax and later became a banking consultant which meant I had the chance to study for a retail banking certificate and a level 3 advanced apprenticeship in providing financial services.

After nearly four years at the bank and with all the changes happening in retail banking I decided that it was time to move on and look for a new challenge.

I was approached to join the Willis Owen team in November 2015. I loved the down to earth approach that they have and how enthusiastic they are about helping their customers and giving excellent service.

I have always prided myself on giving exceptional customer service and Willis Owen have given me a platform on which to do this.

In my spare time you will usually find me either watching football or playing football for my local ladies football team. I also enjoy singing and would sing everywhere if I could!
