I left school at 16 and had no idea what I wanted to do with my career so I decided to Study Beauty Therapy for three years. It was an experience I will never forget and I met some incredible people. After three years of study I decided I was ready for the world of work and happened to come across a Customer Service position where I stayed for 5 years.

I moved my way into Finance, Customer Services 3 years ago, where I learnt about various different investment products. I found it extremely interesting as there is such a wide range of products and Investment choices to choose from, something I didn't really think about before I started working in this sector of work.

I started at Willis Owen at the beginning of 2016 where I have met incredibly friendly and helpful people who pride themselves on treating customers fairly and providing great customer service, which is second to none.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and walking my dog. Being a woman, shopping is probably at the top of my list of favourite things to do, however budgeting for clothes is one of my personality defects (this is being worked on, I assure you).
