We recognise that quite often the only chance you get to review your portfolio is
when most offices are closed and we have someone ready to answer our phones 24 hours
a day, seven days a week, so that you can always talk to a person at the end of
the line. It may be that we cannot respond immediately to your query, especially
outside the normal hours. But we feel that at least you will be comfortable in the
knowledge that you have spoken to an individual who will deal with your enquiry
promptly and efficiently, not an answer-phone that may or may not be heard dependent
on whether the company remembers to listen to their messages!
