ISA Application Checklist

With Willis Owen, applying for your ISA couldn’t be easier – just follow these simple instructions:

1. Select Funds

Select the fund(s) you wish to invest in. Don’t forget to take advantage of the Cash Reserve if you don’t want to invest in a particular fund immediately.

2. Read Key Features

Please read the Key Features and Terms & Conditions which apply to all funds, before deciding to invest.

3. Fill in Application Form(s)

Complete the ISA Application Form. Don’t forget you can now invest up to £10,200 in a Stocks and Shares ISA.

To invest in a Unit Trust or OEIC, fill in the Investment Funds application form.

4. Pay

Make your cheque payable to “Cofunds Ltd”. Please note that cheques are required to be drawn on an account held in the investing individual’s name.

5. Sign

Sign the Application Form(s) (where applicable) and your cheque too. Photocopied forms must carry an original signature and printed building society or bank cheques need to be endorsed. Note: If you wish to receive income, please include your bank details.

6. Post

Return the Application Form(s) to us in the enclosed FREEPOST envelope or by posting it to FREEPOST WILLIS OWEN LTD, PO Box 402, Hull, HU9 9AF.

7. Receive

We will send you an acknowledgement confirming that we have received the Form(s). And don’t forget – if you need help at any stage, please call us FREE on 0800 597 2525.

Final checklist

Have you filled in:

  • Your National Insurance number (if investing in an ISA)
  • Your Date of Birth
  • The Investment Selection section
  • The Direct Debit mandate if saving monthly
  • Your Bank/Building Society details if you wish to receive income payments

Then simply:

  • Sign the declaration
  • Enclose your personal cheque with the Application Form(s)
